මෙම පෞද්ගලිකත්ව ප්‍රතිපත්තිය ඔබේ පුද්ගලික තොරතුරු එකතු කිරීම, භාවිතා කිරීම, ආරක්ෂා කිරීම සහ බෙදාහැරීම පිළිබඳව විස්තර කරයි. මෙම සේවාව (SMS/සැපයුම් සේවාව) භාවිතා කිරීමෙන් ඔබ මෙම ප්‍රතිපත්තිය පිළිගන්නා බව සැලකේ.

අපි ශ්‍රී ලංකාවේ පුද්ගලික දත්ත ආරක්ෂණ පනත (PDPA) අනුගමනය කරමින් ඔබේ ඩේටා ආරක්ෂා කරමු.

එකතු කරන තොරතුරු

ඔබ සේවාවට ලියාපදිංචි වන විට හෝ භාවිතා කරන විට අපි පහත තොරතුරු එකතු කරමු:

ඔබේ මොබයිල් දුරකථන අංකය
සේවාවට එකඟතාව (Opt-in consent) හා ඉවත්වීම් (Opt-out) තොරතුරු
SMS හුවමාරුවන් හා අන්තර්ගතය (සේවාවට අදාළව පමණි)
උපාංග තොරතුරු (උදා: IP ලිපිනය, බ්‍රවුසර් වර්ගය – සීමිතව)

තොරතුරු භාවිතා කිරීම

එකතු කළ තොරතුරු අපි භාවිතා කරන්නේ:

සේවාව ලබාදීමට හා කළමනාකරණයට (SMS යැවීම / ලැබීම)
ඔබේ ඉල්ලීම් සපුරාලීමට හා සේවාව වැඩිදියුණු කිරීමට
නීතිමය අවශ්‍යතා හා ආරක්ෂාව සඳහා

අපි ඔබේ තොරතුරු වෙළඳ ප්‍රචාරණ සඳහා භාවිතා නොකරමු — ඔබ වෙනත් එකඟතාවක් නොදක්වන්නේ නම්.

Mobitel / Dialog / Airtel / Hutch වැනි ජාල හිමිකරුවන් සමඟ බෙදා නොගනිමු (බිල්පත් හා චාර්ජ් කිරීම හැර)
තෙවන පාර්ශ්වයන් සමඟ බෙදාහරින්නේ නීතිමය බැඳීමක් හෝ ඔබේ එකඟතාව ඇති විට පමණි
Ideamart / mSpace වැනි වේදිකා හරහා සේවාව සපයන අතර, ඔබ තොරතුරු ස්වේච්ඡාවෙන් බෙදාගන්නේ නම් අපි වගකිමු නොවෙමු

ඔබට ඇති අයිතිවාසිකම්:

ඔබේ තොරතුරු වෙත ප්‍රවේශ වීම
වැරදි තොරතුරු නිවැරදි කිරීම හෝ ඉවත් කිරීම ඉල්ලීම
එකඟතාව ඕනෑම වේලාවක ඉල්ලා අනුගමනය කිරීම (ඉවත්වීම් ක්‍රමයන් බලන්න)
